Marcos Affonso, from Salvador, Bahia, in Brazil, is coming to Den Haag! 🥳 Join us for some amazing workshops with this amazing teacher.
The workshops will focus on roots style and will have a progressive difficulty level. So after the 1st class, you will be able to follow the 2nd class (respecting the levels indicated below). 😊

Topic for Sunday July 7 - Improvers/ Intermediate
Sequence of movements including giro paulista, caminhada com trava, variations and more.
Prerequisites: Very good weight transfer. Being comfortable and confident with simple giro paulista and caminhada.
About Marcos Affonso
Marcos Affonso is a dance teacher from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. Who has come in contact with dance since an early age. Since his childhood he had contact with dance. He turned dance into his profession and studied dance at the Federal University of Bahia.
Marcos is an amazing teacher with a great track record, having taught classes in many places across Europe. He is a very versatile dancer, dancing Forró, both Roots and Universitário styles, and several other dances. In his classes he also works with many important elements of dance such as musicality, connection and movement.
